What this site is
It's a personal portfolio. It describes my background in HR, operations, labor estimating and project management, and gives you a way to get in touch. Nothing is sold here.
Nothing here is an offer or advice
The content is general information about my experience. It is not HR, legal, financial or compliance advice, and reading it does not make me your consultant or employee. Don't act on anything here as though it were advice about your own situation.
If we end up working together, that engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement between us. This page does not create one, and nothing on this site is a binding offer of work.
Using the contact form
Please send only what you'd be comfortable putting in an ordinary email. Don't send confidential employee records, personal data about other people, or anything covered by a confidentiality agreement. A message through this form doesn't create a professional relationship or any duty of confidentiality on my part.
Don't use the form to send unlawful, abusive or misleading material, to impersonate anyone, or to send bulk or automated messages.
Content and ownership
The writing, photographs and design on this site belong to me or are used with permission. You're welcome to link to the site or quote a short passage with attribution. Please don't republish substantial parts of it, or use the photographs, without asking first.
My résumé is offered for download so that people considering me for work can read and share it in that context. Please don't repost it elsewhere or use it for anything else.
Links and embedded content
This site links to other places, including LinkedIn, and embeds a video hosted on YouTube. I don't control those services and I'm not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Availability and accuracy
I keep the site accurate and current as best I can, but I don't promise it is error-free, complete or always available. I may change, move or remove any part of it at any time.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from anything you rely on here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the courts of New York have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the site.
Changes
I may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the current version always applies.
